Delete directly in the app
Open Calorific and go to Profile → Settings → Data & Privacy → Remove All My Data. Type DELETE when prompted. Your profile, meal history, saved photos, goals and other account-linked app data are removed or anonymised from active systems.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below. We will use your email address only to locate the account, verify ownership and complete the request. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
What may be retained
Subscription and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Security logs may be retained for up to 90 days, backups for up to 90 days, and a minimal deletion audit for up to 7 years. Retained records are restricted and are not used to continue the deleted account. See the retention section of our privacy policy.
Deleting Calorific does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through your store account.
